| trimming rear end hair because she gets stinky I had the groomer trim the inside of her legs down to the floor but Blossom still get stinky from peeing because she's just sloppy. She doesn't just squat when she pees, she gets all her back leg hair in it near the tail because she doesn't hold herself up at all, it looks like she just sits when she pees. My question is has anyone ever trimmed all the hair off the back end when the front end has kind of long hair with a cute topknot and hair on her sides of the body almost to the floor? I was wondering how she would look with pretty much no hair on her rear end and hind legs but a pretty long coat in the front and sides. Would it look strange or does anyone have any suggestions for a messy pee-er? I bathe her weekly but I need to wash her rear almost every other day because she smells. It's not a big problem washing her but if she could stay fresh all week it would be nice. Thanks anyone for any advice. |

It's called a "potty trail" thats probably going to be the best thing for your baby. You could always get unscented baby wipes and just clean her up after you bring her in. I used to do that to Fiona ALL the time.

I'll have to consider that though - the "potty trail" - I'm trying to imagine how it would look. Thank you. | |
