After reading all these post I was thinking the same thing. I have this type of dog tag from yappyhappy.com so it has all our info on it and they make it small print but readable.

Mine all have the same matching tags:

NAME
CELL NUMBER
ADDRESS
NEEDS MEDS

The needs meds is so they think a while and not keep the dog due to high maintenance

We have his name, our phone number and the word
'REWARD" in all caps
