I sure hope that you all get your babies back. I would die if something or someone took my boys. I looked at that GPS system and it is great, but it is expensive, plus it is detachable. Someone steals your dog, they are not likely to keep that collar/GPS system on the pup. They need to come up with someone to track the microchip besides scanning at the vets. Good luck on your searches for your babies, you are in my prayers.

My heart goes out to you and Silk. I sure hope where ever she is, she is at least being taken care of very well. And I will pray that you find her... and soon. I couldn't imagine the thought of my baby missing. Please, be strong for Silk. Keep looking. And let us know any updates...... we are all pulling for the two of you. God Bless you and Silk.

This is just horrible for both of y ou. I will pray every night that you find Cody and the other Yorkie will be found. Please up-date us! We are all worried to death abouth that dog! Please God, let her find him!

I've pm'd her twice -- once yesterday and today and nothing! I am praying that she has found him and is so overwhelmed with joy and relief that she has forgotten to let us know that he's been found!

[FONT=Comic Sans MS]Hello All and I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART for all you kind words and thoughts I am so sorry i have not posted but I have been looking for my puppy... Silk is a Yorkie-Poodle mix, He is all black and very cute I have filed a Police report and posted on other sites I am makig flyers, I have also contact avid micro chip company and reported him stolen .. if anyone takes him to a vet or animal shelter he will com up as stolen, Also I have contact my local animal shelters and will be going there to look as well .. I have not been sleeping so good,and I feel very hurt that someone would take my sweet dog .. I feel even worse because My photos of silk are not that recent but it better than no pic at all ... I have made poster in English & spanish since there are a lot of hispanic people around my neighborhood , Also there is a local radio station that will air lost/found or stolen aniaml for free .. I have contacted them I have canvised my area knowck on doors go on foot any by car to look for my dog I will be taking a nice long walk today to look in yards and parks .. I will keep you all posted thank you again if you think of any thing else I should do please let me know I really do love my dog and my kids and I miss him so much .. Thank you all agian

Ukeka send me your e-mail address so that I can forward you all of the info, including flyers in both english and spanish that I have used in my search for Coty. All you have to do is change my info to yours, print them and get about 50-60 8 1/2 x 11 and about 25 11x17 printed in color at Kinkos. Get some rolls of good packing tape and start putting them up. Get your neighbors and their children to help in your search. Get the flyer to all of the groomers, vets and petstores in your area today. Also the post office, Starbucks, Walmart, Target and grocery stores.

I got most of this info from several people specializing in finding lost pets. You have an earlier start than I did with Coty.

Oh my I was thinking of you and thought id check to see if you found your baby and hoping for the best. I will pray for you that you do have some success.

I just seen that,,,,,, Thanks. I hate when pets go missing. I felt realy bad seeing my firend cry and worry herself sick looking fer her baby. I helped her with flyers and walked around the neighborhood for 2 days. I seen how each day went on with no luck, it really took a toll on her. She did ending up finding him and it was a happy time for all who had helped in the search. I just hope they find this puppy soon!

Hi Ukeka I just want you to know you are still in my thoughts and was wondering if you have any leads on silk? Did you talk to your neighbour? Has anyone had any information for you?(dianne and prudence)

Maybe I am a little slow, but shouldn't stealing a Yorkie (considering the price of purchasing a new one, not the emotional value) be considered GRAND THEFT by the police? What is going on and aren't any of these Yorkie thieves getting prosecuted?

First of all, I received an e-mail from Ukeka on Saturday and she still has not found Silk. She is so distraught and I understand completely after my experience with Coty.

I forwarded her the Lost dog flyer templates and an e-booklet with tips on finding your dog. I've also forwarded copies to admin. to post on the forum if similiar circumstances happen to a YT member in the future.

It should be a felony, but you've got to prove that the people with your dog actually stole him/her. It's unbelievable. Trust me, if I see my dog with someone, I'm taking him and then will deal with the police and the criminal later. At this point the person with my dog may just get a good old fashioned a%# kickin' too. There's no way that you can live within 25 miles of me and not have seen my flyers over the past 3 months. They are a thief or they know someone that is a thief! :mad:

Just keep Silk and Coty in your prayers for their safe return to the families that love them. I miss my baby boy sooo much. I think about him every hour on the hour.

Both Coty and Silk are in my thooughts and prayers. I hope they are returned soon.

I didn't realize that Coty was missing too. I must have missed that thread. I just wanted you both to know that Coty and Silk are both still in my prayers, and we are all hoping for a safe return.
Please god, bring home Coty and Silk to their rightful owners.

Yes, Coty is still missing (since 05/13/05). That's how I found this board, albeit in July. It's been a great source of comfort for me.

She said there has been nothing as far as sightings of Silk. She said that she was looking at all of her neighbors with suspicion. She and her children are absolutely distraught.

I've been praying so hard for her. I really hope the info I passed on to her will yield Silk soon.

Thankyou so much for your quick reply Tia.You most certainly would be looking at your neighbours with suspicion and losing silk so early in the morning is strange It could be someone one of the neighbours knows.Ive read about hawkes getting little dogs does she have hawkes where she lives? I know Its just clutching at straws but you have to think of every scenario dont you.(dianne and prudence)

How sad for both of you. I would be distraught if something happened to one of my babies.
