| introducing myself and my Yorkie, Riley Hi, my name is Cindy. I have a 10yr old Westie named Scout. I have always liked Yorkies, but the my husband didn't want to spend the cost for a small yorkie. My Westie is getting older, and has had a lot of health issues, so I don't expect her to live a long, long time. My husband wanted a dog that wouldn't have a lot of health concerns and I found out that Yorkies are a very healthy breed. Then I found a lady who had gotten one of her Yorkie back due to the owners neglect. Riley, a female who is 8months old, and she is a 10lb Yorkie, came into our lives. She is very sweet and my dog has accepted her very well. I volunteer for a second chance rescue, so I was glad to give a needy dog a good home. My stepdaughter gave me a rare compliment the other day by saying if she came back in another life, she would want to be a dog in our house. My husband really likes Riley. He is a big guy and likes that she is not a little bitty dog. I still wish I could also have a 4-7 lb Yorkie. They are so cute and I just love the way they look. Maybe someday. We have 4 children, 3 from his previous marriage ages 30,32,34, and we have a 18 yr old together. Our 18yr old daughter loves animals too, but not as much as I do. We also have 5 horses and a miniature donkey. My animals help fill the need for me wanting a large family. I guess that's all, I enjoy reading about all of your pets, and advice. Sincerely, Cindy |

| I have a 10lb Yorkie and I absoutely LOVE him. I say the more he ways the more I love him. Even though the tinier Yorkies are adorable, mine is just as cute and I would never ever trade him for a smaller Yorkie. You will feel the same in time. I wanted a smalled one at first, but then once I got Buddy I felt totally different. I wouldn't trade him ever! Good luck with Riley!!!
