You might like to try Golly Gear for Small Dogs

You can make your own. I love the stainless steal, all colors, designs.
They are so very nice there as well. Order received in 3 days.

I got Baxter's at gotags.com. I also got my cell phone # embroidered on his collar from them. For a while there he was chewing off his name tags but stainless steel changed all of that.

I got mine from Boomerang Tags. The words engraved are filled with black ink, very visible and would last a long time. It is double sided too.
