i got a response from them and this is what they said...so maybe there is some hope afterall

You probably noticed that I said she was in heat but I emphasized that she is too small. I also priced her high enough that someone will not want to risk her life after paying for her. I have already had several offers including one very good offer, but I will know when the right person comes along. Thanks for your concern.

That is good to hear...i just hope that the wrong person doesn’t come along and pick her up...i just can’t imagine what she would have to go thru if that did happen.

the seller emailed me today to give me an update..i guess YT prayer worked after all...i am so happy...this was her email..

Just thought I would let you know, my little yorkie sold today. She will be spayed. No more worries. I am dropping her off at the vet for the new owner so that assures me of her spaying.

That is no problem.. I was actually glad to know someone else cares. That is what it takes to have responsible pet owners, and we all know there are alot of them that are not so responsible.

I called this woman ( I've been looking for a tiny yorkie) and spoke to her... Very upset that she would advertise that little one to be bred. and the fact that she was being crated over 16 hours a day......so we emailed back and forth several times...and I can tell you that she did sell that little girl (not to me) and that she is getting spayed!!! Right away!
So this girl is lucky and won't be getting bred!!! YAY!!

Not saying I had anything to do with it...but just wanted to share what I thought was good news with everyone concerned about Gidget.
