| so I'm getting another yorkie... So....this summer I broke up with my boyfriend and moved back to Boston. Unfortunately my ex ended up with Jacoby. My ex is a great daddy to Jacoby, but I missed him so much that I have been searching for another yorkie all summer! So I found one! He is a little over a year old and is very cute! I met him today and should be taking him home tomorrow or the day after! This is him with the womans other yorkie. He is the one on the right! His name is Jack.

| Congratulations! I've come to the conclusion that ALL Yorkies are adoreable, and Jack is not about to break the rule! Love him to pieces, and I'm sure he'll return the favor. Keep us all posted with pics! |

| Ya...it was very sad to leave him I tried to get him back, but it didnt work. I have a question...do you think I could try to change Jack's name? I'm not really crazy about it and my friends dog's name is Jack. Would it be confusing for him?

| First of all - awww... I feel so bad for you for having to leave your baby with his daddy... It sucks when stuff like that happens, but hopefully his dad is taking very good car of him, just like you would. As for Jack - he's a doll face! Super cute! I hope the two of you bond right away and become your own happy little family! Good luck!

| Sooooo cute I don't think he would have a problem with a new name. I had to change my boys name from ryan to max because my sons name was ryan. Only took a short time for max to get it "Yorkies are smart"!!

| Pixie's name used to be Gypsie (though I know it's not a huge difference in the sound) she did great with the change... She was 8 months old when we got her... You should just start calling him his new name as soon as you get him. I like the name Dexter very cute!

| He will learn his new name. Make sure you use it a lot. We didn't know our doxies name. We got him when he was 3. He took to Spike really quick though.
