Donating YT 10K Club Member | Just read in another thread in which you responded....that you washed her in dawn dish soap. That may be your problem. If you are using topical flea preventative...you must wash the dogs in shampoo considered anti soaping...because the any other shampoos affect the effectiveness of the flea preventative. And I have used boriac acid. It's very effective but as a powder if it rains...it no longer works too.

Donating YT Addict | maybe the frontline isn't working on her. i have read on here that some flea preventive doesn't work on certain dogs. we use frontline and have great sucess....never see a flea even on my dogs that stay outside.

| I have used frontline plus on all my dogs so this is why im frustrated, cuz i thought it was working when I applied it on her last week. I guess, I just need to relax....( im sitting here at work overthinking this and getting all itchy just thinking about fleas) but, I am headed to the vets today to get the capstar, and maybe I can ask them what else i should do, ya know!? Maybe she needs something else, but i am TOTALLY again k9 advantix since I have seen really bad things with that...grrrr.... yucky...sorry you all must think im crazy! and the weird thing is, i left bowls out all night, no fleas in them this am, and she didnt have any on her this am.......
