Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | What's Up with That!!! I sold Porsche's two babies earlier this year. I have tried to call the new owners, and I get no response. What's up with that? I told them when I sold the puppies that we would stay in touch. Now? I get nothing. Does anyone else deal with this?

YT 2000 Club Member | I actually like to stay in contact with the breeder, in fact I am working on sending an e mail to Jeter's breeder with an updated photo. I see Axl's breeder weekly, I live right across from the school that her children go to so they get to still see him allot and I just sent out a new photo of Yumi Yasha to her breeder. Have you tried blocking your number from showing up? I think it's a bit odd that they would not stay in contact.

| I try to contact Sunshine's breeder and never get a response from her. I have sent updated photos also with no response. If I sold any of my puppies I would definitely love to have the new owners keep in touch. I want to know that they are doing well and of course want to satisfy my curiousity as to how they look as grown ups. Of couse just because they are in a new home, doesn't mean I wouldn't still love them. I feel as a breeder that I want to place my babies in a home that will stay in contact. It is my choice to place babies in a home where we have formed a relationship and the new owner would have no hesitation to contact me with any questions or concerns

| Some people just want to be left alone. does not mean anything bad has happened. |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I sent pictures of Baxter to his breeder a few times. Not that it mattered, but she never posted them on her site. However, her page is plastered with Yorkie puppies. Baxter is probably the prettiest of my 3, everyone says so, but he is almost 13 lbs. I didn't know what I was doing when I got him, and I just called an ad in the paper. Now I know she is most definitely a puppy mill. Maybe she thinks showing off Baxter would be bad for her "teacup, baby doll yorkie business: . I would have been impressed with a breeder who showed an interest in staying in touch with me. My stepmother breeds Rat Terriers and Poms, and even sends a small gift on each pups b-day |

| I guess I am funny too.....I send regular emails and pics to Barney's breeder.... I forgot to get Belle's breeder's email...So I sent her this really cute Thank you note with a photo of belle in it....lol...She was suprised when I actually called her to tell how pleased the vet was with Belle....She said we were the first ones that ever called and gave them a vet check update... But I love keeping our breeders updated on how my babies are doing...If not for them, I would not have them....

| I think people don't mean any harm, sometimes they just have different things going on in their lives. I have kept in touch with some past puppies but after a few yrs you just lose touch. I drop them a Christmas card now and then and sometimes get some back. |
