| When I spoke to the the manager a month ago I explained about the other 2 noisemakers down the hall and how I videotaped it. She replies 'that's not the point and your neighbors said it was specifically coming from your place. Your neighbors fear for the dogs safety and was worried it was not getting proper care' ARE U KIDDING ME!!!???? This woman made me cry! I had tried to explain everything that I typed out here. I think it's my age, I am only 25 but look 18 and I honestly feel like the neighbors are singling me out. Because there are so many dogs on this floor alone that are the real troublemakers. I suppose I will call this time and explain myself again and make it a point to actually show her the video. THANK YOU for all your responses!!:

| I suggest that if you talk to the neighbor whom you think complained, first ask if it was her, that way she doesn't think you are "attacking" her, then if she says it was, ask her if she is positive that it's your dog and not the others. You can never be positive how they are acting when you are gone, I know Duke used to pitch a fit anytime I left, fortunately for me though when I was in an apt the old lady next door said he didn't bother her much. for the nurse, it's not your fault she works unordinary hours, and no one legally is going to make anyone cater to her because of that. It's just something that goes along with working night shifts...

YT 1000 Club Member | Ok I've thought of something really evil here. Make copies of the note and stick it on every door of anyone with a dog. That way everyone gets mad at her and maybe she'll have to move out!! hehe...I know it sounds evil huh? But all of the dog owners need to stick together. |

| Re: Barking First I would confront her and ask if she left the note. Then I would apologize. But like anywhere else, living in a condo complex there are many things happening. A baby crying in the middle of the night, a loud TV, neighbors arguing loudly, tenants having loud parties in their condo. We all have to put up with a lot of things. Let her know this, if she is the one. We have all kinds of things happening in our townhouse, just like I mentioned above. I put up with it, and they should put up with Boobah's barking! Don't worry about it. , signed, gelise, boobah and little gina.
