| Licking of the face My eight year old Yorkie frequently likes to lick my six year old Yorkie's face. Why? Also, why do they both like to lick each other's tongues? |

| I recently read a book on dog behavior, according to the author, puppies lick their mother's face to ask to be fed, older dogs do it to either apologize or show affection... you'll have to figure out what happened just before the lick to figure out which applies!! |
