| ERG Getting annoyed! Stop barking/meowing at my dog! First off, I work on a high school boarding school campus. Most of the students here are from overseas, but there are some from the US too. I work as a "house parent" in one of the girls dorms. One of the girls on my floor that I am in charge of/work on/live on has started to bark at Wrigley! Like mock the way his bark sounds. Even when he isn't around she'll walk by our apartment (which is within the dorm) when our door is open and bark. I know she is just doing it to be playful and/or to her him bark but it is starting to annoy me! The girl is a nice girl and I don't want to confront her, so I mostly ignore it and I hope she'll realize it isn't cute and stop. Then tonight I took him out to go to the bathroom and I should have known better than to take him out on the main campus part, because there were too many people out there for him to settle down to pee. Then this kid sitting on a bench with two girls started to MEOW at him and bark a few times. I was VERY annoyed, but since I work with these kids I didn't want to respond to him in my anger, because it wouldn't have been very nice because what I WANTED to say was, "Um hello, for one he isn't stupid he knows you aren't a cat, for two I don't make funny noises at you don't do it to my dog, it isn't funny or cute, so go away" lol of course I couldn't have said that to him because of my job, and I was to angry to just say, "That is enough". Has anyone ever barked/meowed/made strange noises at your dog?! While I'm venting, I always have to stop people from petting his head because they pet him so that his ears go down, I'm sure they just don't realize that you shouldn't pet their heads that way (his ears aren't standing up all of the way yet so I'm very careful of his little ears), but it drive me crazy! WOOO glad to get that all out |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I think I would tell the girl it is annoying and you would like her to stop. As for the guy outside. I would have said " Please don't act so inmature it is very unbecoming young man" He would either be embarrassed or if he replied back with something bad you could tell him you will report his behavior. I NEVER allow disrespect from young adults and my 16 year old grandson and his friend think I'm awesome.

| I didn't say anything to the boy outside because I was scared of what I would have said to him, so I had to say nothing. I was moments away from bursting so I had to head inside. I don't think the kid was trying to be disrespectful to me in any way, most of the students are Asian which is a very respectful culture and they are typically VERY respectful of all of the adults here, I think he thought it was funny/cute. So does the other girl. If it continues with the girl I'll have to say something to her about it, just because it annoys the crud outta me. Now that I've calmed down, if someone did it again I probably would be calm enough to call them out on it telling them I'm not amused and neither is Wrigley. | Yeah, I think it is kid stuff and they just want to behave immaturely. You have a right to say something and use it as an educational experince for them .
