| I wish Tucker would find his history and kill mouse or two! I had three mice last year and just caught one yesterday. He just lays there. Doesn't care. My hubby thinks it's because he was neutured.? We had a silky that would kill aything and everything, even bugs! Seriously though, I would just call the vet and see if he thinks you should have any concerns. Chances are everything is probabally okay. Let us know what happens! |

| re: OMG That is so funny, hope your baby is ok! Too bad for the little mouse!! My Daizy bug hunts! She loves the little grasshoppers...she picks them up with her mouth and throws them all over. Last night she found a bug she wasn't sure about...(it was an ugly pine beetle) on our comforter but instead of playing with it...she barked at it until I got rid of it! lol And the other night she found a HUGE Toad hopping thru our yard...I just love Yorkies they are so adorable!!!!!

| Yorkies are known a ratters. They are thought to have been taken to Yorkshire, by Scottish weavers. They were used to catch rats and rabbits. They also had another use. One was tied to each end of a cot to protect babies from rats. That's all I remember off hand. |

| Hee Hee!! We had a mouse in the winter shortly after we got Tobey and we cornered the little thing in the hallway... well Tobey came out of a bedroom and trotted right past it!! I was like "great hunter you are!!" Then this summer (he's like a year and nine months) we have a HORRIBLE problem with moles in our backyard. They are about the size of a small rat. Anyway, I went outside one day because he was barking like a maniac!! I found him barking at this little mound of dirt that was moving. I thought "I bet that is one of those darn moles" So I got a long broom (cuz I was scared) and I began brushing away the dirt. Sure enough a little grey mole got exposed!! I ran in the house to get some kind of bucket to stick it in and when I came back out I saw Tobey shake something (like they will shake a sock) and when I got to him the mole was on the ground dead!! He killed it!! Way to go Tobey!! I was so glad he killed it that I honestly didn't even think about diseases he could get but it's been about 2 months now and he's just fine

| LOL great stories!! yes most of them will hunt tiredlessly just about anything, squirrels, bugs, mouse and so on, all of my three will have a great old time if they spot something of interest in the yard, but Chewy's all time favorite hunting games is definitely flies and god knows we have enough of those around to keep him interested for hours then he's out like a light for a good hour or two. It's just so funny to see him

| Since I live in South Florida Roaches get really bad in the summer. Even if your house is super clean they still get in somehow. One day I was online and I look over and I see Dino has something in his mouth (like always ), I thought it might be a pen cap or something someone dropped, so I picked him up and pry his mouth open and it was a ROACH!! I freaked out! He just kept chewing it! I didn't know what to do. I kept telling him to drop it but he ignored me! I then decided to distract him so I threw his toy and while he was running for the toy he dropped the dead roach in the hallway. YUCK! I absolutely HATE roaches. I don't know what I would do with a mouse I think I would pass out.
