| Isnt it funny! We just found out the other day that one of our friends dad is in the hospital and not going to make it. I guess he was at work and had a massive heart attack. Anyways with the sad news it has been a pretty stressfull couple of days. Last night our neighbor came over to inform us how he was doing and its not good. As were all standing there upset and trying to be all serious and discuss having a funeral and that sort of thing, my puppy scarlet goes up to matt ( our neighbor ) and starts barking and playing with his shoes. And all of us start to laugh and for a few moments forget the situation. And you know with everything going on I realized that its things like puppies that get us through hard times and brighten our days. And its things like that, that I am gratefull for. Its funny how a pet can bring so much joy to peoples lifes. I am gratefull for my bundle of joy and just wanted to say that at least in our crazy lifes we have our pets to come home to. |

Mika so helped me through my Mom's hospitalization, subsequent death, burial, and the letting go. I know you are right.
