| ![]() Geez. Everytime I try to sweep, Triss chases the broom and bites at it. She pretty much goes nuts when I take it out. Ive had to put her in her crate if I actually want to get stuff off the floor, lol. And if she can see me sweeping while in the crate, she sits and growls and whines. Also, if she finds a little peice of something on the floor, she bats it around like a cat. Its so funny. ![]()

| ![]() Mine is unsure of the broom and the mop so she just stays away and watches from a distance lol. I remember seeing yorkies going crazy at a vaccuum cleaner on The Dog Whisperer but I forget what Cesar did to make them stop

| ![]() whenever my yorkies bark at things i just leave whatever it is out all day when im out work and i assume they get used to it. after like about 2-3 weeks they dont care if i sweep, mop, vacuum, etc... well with the vacuum i just leave it on and do something else until they stop barking. that took 2-3 weeks of doing too |

| ![]() We haven't used a broom lately with Chip around, but he attacks plungers, vacuums, and metal objects.

| ![]() The Yorkies attack the broom and jump in the little piles like a kid would jump in a pile of raked leaves. You guys talking about vacuums reminded me of when Boo the Boxer was younger, she would grab the vacuum hose in her mouth and it would suck her tounge..... We had to be very careful if we used the vacuum cleaner while she was around. |

| ![]() Canyon is a vacuum cleaner "stalker" - I usually wind up putting him in his crate, just to vacuum the floor. |
