No actually it was post number 1! Post number 2 was when they came back yesterday.....Either entire thread has turned into a

fest! It's so nice to see everyone that has maltese pups coming out to show the love!

If the OP would come back and show us some pictures of "Chloe" we would show the love for her too whether its a yorkie, maltese or a DONKnese we love all little furbutts!

YT members sure are AWSOME!!!!!!

Thank you Donnarod, I certainly am not prejudiced against Maltese, my oldest son has a Maltese who I guess would be Joey's nephew. Here's a couple of pictures of the two of them together, with their matching scarves, and you can tell from the pictures, Joey really loves his nephew.

Precious, they make me miss my Maltese. He is buried in our backyard with a white cross and palm trees.

It's hard to imagine that the OP is for real, but I have had some smiles and laughs reading some of these post! They are great. Have a good night and give all the Yorkies, Maltese, Morkies, Yorkiepoos, etc big hugs tonight. "Stink or no stink".
PS: My little Butterfly (purebred Yorkie) loves to find the stinkiest think in the yard are roll in it

. She hates baths, but she gets plenty of them!

I enjoyed the pictures too - thanks guys - Before I met my first yorkie puppy then got Chanel - I had always wanted a malt ..I think they're beautiful

I think "wahtaboutchloe" was "barking up the wrong tree" when he or she tried to get YT posters mad about Maltese. But it's been fun to read. Would be interesting to take a count and find out how many of us who own Yorkies aslo own Maltese - looks like quite a few here - I do.
When people ask me the difference about the Yorkie and the Maltese, based on my experience with both - I fing that the Matlese really wants to please their owner / family so they will often tend to train more easily. Where as a Yorkie wants to be pleased

so can be quite the challange when it comes to training. But I LOVE my little Yorkie girl, Butterfly, anyway!

I have three maltese girls and one yorkie boy. The Yorkie will start to smell way before the maltese girls do.........but his coat is easier to care for too so I can give him more baths. The maltese breed does not smell bad unless you NEVER bath them. But then I think most people smell after just a few days of no bathing........duh!
