| How far away would you go to... I have been searching for the most ideal place to take Suzi for her first grooming experience. I called several places, however, all of them wanted me to leave her there for several hours, and one even said for the whole day. I will absolutely not leave her all day, or even for several hours in a place I know nothing about, or with strangers. Suzi has never been away from me, and is scared when I take her anywhere. I finally found a place that sounds great. the owners stay and can watch. They are set up Salon style. And have years of experience. they know how to groom Yorkies, and the woman i talked to over the phone was very pleasant. However, I have to travel an hour 1/2 one way to the Salon. Unfortuanely, it was the only place that met my expectations for Suzi. How far would you be willing to drive to have your Animals groomed? OR to a trustworthy Vet?

| I'm very fortunate, my groomer is right next to where I work. I really like her and for me anyway, I'm not afraid to let them there for a couple of hours, cause I trust her. My vet is like 20 minutes away. It's a practice with different vets in it. Some I like better than others. I guess I should just request the ones I like, but sometimes their not in during the times I can take them for their checkups. Good Luck with your groomer. & P.S.: I love your saying you have posted on your page.
