I am so glad you where lucky but this guy is a known puppy miller. The pups are not AKC registered which means it's very easy to register a mix as a pure breed and some of the pups look like mixes. Also the word teacup was made by bad breeders to jack up the prices of puppies there is no such thing.

Very happy your puppy is doing better with your love and care. Am sorry that you had to go through this. Puppy mills should all be done away with and the people that run them jailed for life.
