| This is a question. Sometimes if a breeder can not sale their puppies and they hold on to them in the hopes of someone will buy them and they keep them to long. Will they put them on sites like these?

| I dont think its wrong for breeders to retire and sell older dogs. They are going on to a loving home where they get to be a pet.
