| Yep i completely agree.. these local breeders are always puppy mills. I got my baby from a pet store (before I found YT obviously). I was told she came from a local breeder but then when I went through the paper work at home I found the "breeder" on those lists of puppy mills. Its pretty obvious.. big stores have to "mass sell" their animals... so they have to get them cheap. To get them cheap... they have to buy them from places that "mass produce" dogs! Sounds awefull but sooo true! I love my monkey toosh, she is the center of my life and i have no regrets about her. But it makes me sick that i once supported a pet store and now will not buy anything from a store that sells animals. I will only get her food from small supply stores. If you figure out something you could do... count me in! |
