| I would recommend a Bichon. They are great pets and are hypoallergenic. My Lacy bosses my granddaughter's Yorkie, Samantha, and keeps her in line. Lacy has strong mothering instincts and thinks it's her job to keep an eye on Samantha. |

| I have Papillons and Yorkies and they adore each other. Papillons are such good natured, love every kind of dog--dog. They get along great with every breed that I have ever had them around. They stay small and are very very smart dogs.

| Another Yorkie! Or if not maybe a toy poodle (I have one and he is very compatible with my new yorkie). Also the suggestions of a Papillion or Chi were good. Papillions are pretty, lively and friendly little dogs. I have a Bichon and I think a Bichon might be too laid back to keep up with a yorkie. At least mine is. I also liked the idea of a Westie but I did not know any breeders locally. We have friend with a Westie and he is adorable. |

| I would probably get another Maltese. I had one for 10 years. I lost her a few days before Christmas 06. So, if I didn't get another Yorkie, I would get a Maltese. R.I.P. My precious Duster

| I am so very grateful, that you guys have taken the time to give your opinion. Those who took the time to give me links to veaw your pets pictures,, I very much appreciate it. In two months, I will get another pet. As many of you know, Lola, and trixie fought continuously. Last night, I herd the desperate cry of trixie. I found Lola with trixie's face in her mouth. Their play just got to rough. I try the best I could. The word "no" just worked when I could see them. Most of the time they will furiously fight upstairs, or hide from me. I could not protect trixie, under those circunstances. Today, I rehomed Lola. Thus the reason why I am asking such questions. I am very sad right now. I did fall in love with her. But the decision had to be made, or I would have to lose one in a really bad way. |

| We recently got Puff a chihuahua. It was a b-day present for my hubby but really we say it was a pet for Gypsy. They get a long great. Most of the time that is. I like that both are small. That was one of the reasons that Jim wanted a chi he did not one bigger that could possible hurt Gypsy.

| I have a Chihuahua. Mine play great together and are 10 days apart in age. The only drawback is that sometimes they compete for attention and they prefer each other instead of me at times. |
