I'm so sorry for your loss

I don't know how anyone could give away their baby after having it for so long. (or ever for that matter)

How sad that their original owners would give them up. You did a wonderful thing in taking in 2 older rescues and giving unconditional love to them. I've given both my babies a great big hug but also want to send some your way too.

I hope the remaining pup will be ok without his campagion.
Sometimes the have such a hard time adjusting.

I can't imagine having a pet for so long then just discard it like an
old shoe! How do these people close their eyes at night.
My GF took two just yesterday being discarded after nine years
and eight years too.
Some people just have no heart and only ice running threw their
veins.

Here there are several little ones of 10 to 13 years old abandoned near the local shelter . They don't even have the courage to enter and talk to someone here . We began to place pictures of the little ones and a little letter asking the owners what the little ones have done so wrong to abandoned like that .

Awe, how sad. Ya know, it is so heartbreaking that a furkid gives so much and is so loyal to their owners and then they are just given up, like you said, when they need their owners the most. I don't know the situation at all so I won't judge, but it's still sad. Thank you to you and your Mom for being there and being so kind and caring to not only this rescue, but all rescues who so desparately need love and attention. I'm very sorry for your loss.
