| Walking Formation and Guard Post's? I was just curious what & where are Your Yorkie's favorite "Walking Positions" and "Guard Posts"? I have 3 and they "Walk, Guard and Sleep" in the same places. Artie walks 4 ft. behind me and Abigail walks 4 ft. in front of me (the lengths of their leashes) but even off-leash they still walk in same positions? After I added the 3rd one 2 yrs. ago (Their daughter Pom Pom) she walks right by side. It seems like they are "Gaurding" me? Indoors they all have certain places that they hangout at, and when we sleep they are in the same spot every night! It seems they are always acting as a "Team", you call or pay attention to one of them and all 3 show up. It's nice to feel Loved back. I did not Train them to do this they do it Naturally as a "Pack"? |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Mine have all "found" their positions too. Ramsey must be on the longest leash...walking 3 inches in front of the others. It is a complete battle if she doesn't have the longest leash. Reese is right behind her...and Reggie usually walks at my side. Ramsey must also be first out of any door...ladies first and if she's not first...she does not act lady like. Sleeping in the bed...they all have their preferred spots too.

| So far mine just do whatever. Lucie usually likes to sleep next to or on someone's chest. Duke will either sleep at the end of the bed or on top of the pillows at the head of the bed. Duke is everywhere when he walks, I have never been able to keep him in line when he walks on a leash and Lucie doesn't go for walks yet.
