| It is so sad that because of those owners, that poor dog was killed. It is so sad that people do not see how irresponsible it is to not properly train your dog.

| I can't believe nothing was done sooner. I fell bad for all involved and I also feel for the Boxer. Those owners must be horrible pet owners. It is hard for me to imagine a Boxer acting that way and attacking anything! I have a Boxer, Beowulf, and he is the sweetest, most gentle dog I have ever owned. He and Piper are best buds. He also plays with Phoebe, as if he has a choice. He lets Phoebe jump all over his face and he'll just push her around the slippery floor with his nose...so funny to see, because she is a little spit fire. I usually have to tell her to leave him alone because she wears him out. After owning Beo and knowing about the breed, I can't imagine a Boxer being that mean spirited. It's typically not their nature. The whole situation is so sad!
