Last night we found a yellow lab puppy (6months maybe) with a collar so we have him in our fence. He seems very happy, smart and healthy. We are calling tomorrow to see if anyone has reported him missing if not most likely we will find a home for him. People are dropping animals off by the dozen and of course we do the right thing.
So far this year we have found 7 runaways and got them back to their families, 6 drop offs and this puppy now I should find out by Friday if he is a drop off or a runaway. We normally give a week since this is a small town. If he is a dropoff he will go up for adoption with kids, because he truly loves them.
Maybe one day I will be blessed with my own yorkie after I help all of abused animals. Maybe? |
