YT Addict | yorkie behavior... i know our animals can sense when there is something wrong with us or what ever the case may be and they'll begin to act different. well, if the owner is sad or even depressed, would their dog begin to act on these emotions too? for the past two months the question of pregnancy has been hanging in the air and my odie wouldn't leave my side, let alone my stomach...but this morning he began acting different. all he wants to do is lay around and sleep, but i know hes not tired because i saw him sleeping all night lol. then i got a phone call this morning about my blood work and it was negative [but some ppl still think i'm going to end up being pregnant, and it just wasnt detected for some reason] and yes i am sad and down in the dumps, so is odie too? and if so, how can i chear him up? he doesnt even want to play =/ |

| I think there is a lot in what you say. I have a friend that I have worked with for years. Kacee took up with him and would go to him before anyone else. In fact, she adores him. She comes to work with me a lot. The first of June he was diagnosed with cancer (brain and lung). So, I've thought a lot about what you have said. Did she know? I think she did. Anyway, he is no longer able to work. Kacee and I take long walks. It cheers us both up when it isn't too hot.

| Thank you. She still goes to visit him and his wife. It is good for him. His wife told me he wanted to see her. He loves her, too. Cheer up! You can't say for sure why your doggie acted that way this morning. As I said, it's hard to say.

| Our Amazing Babies I honest believe they know when something is wrong or right with us. I myself have my Johnny as an example... I have a bad heart which for no reason at all will race up to 150 + bpm while I am just sitting around and then all of a sudden drop to 42 bpm. It also does this when I am walking somethings, ending result I pass out and fall usually ending up hurting myself. I have cracked my noodle on the sidewalk and even fallen down the basement stairs. Since Johnny was 6 motnhs old he started acting funny just before a spell would come one and I could never figure it out. One day while at my doctors office Johnny got all excited as we sat there talking. He'd jump up in my face, scratch at my chest and jump down and scratch my doctors leg to the point that it hurt. Sure enough the next thing I knew my doctor was standing over me telling me what had happened. I had in fact had an attack, passed out and was out for almost 10 minutes. Since that day I do not go anywhere with out Johnny including doctors and stores. He has never failed to alert me and I haven't fallen and gotten hurt in sometime now. Johnny is now 2 years old and he takes his job very seriously, he will do what ever he has to to get the attention of anyone around to help me. Terri

| The day that Jack (DH) had his heart attack last April...Seth was like glue to him all morning. When squad came to pick him up that afternoon my Mom said after we left to go to the hospital Seth laid at the door all day. I have watched animals with their owners on squad runs, they know when something is wrong believe me!!
