| Does your yorkie do this? I've noticed that Mika never pees or poops outside of our property!!! Even if we're out all day (6 1/2 hours tops!) If we are out all day, I take food/water with us but she doesn't relieve herself til we get home! As soon as we get through the back gate she squats and pees for all she's worth!!! If we're at home she is regular and has no problems 'going' I think she just prefers to 'go' at home I've never had to use poop bags, I always carry them with me 'just in case' but they're still unopened!!! Oh forgot to mention she is trained to go outside and has never used pee-pads so its nothing to do with that!

| Nope, Hot Rod has no preference. He will go where the urge takes hims. He has pooped in front of tourist at a shopping center as well as in front of a store window.

| That's odd. Poor thing must about pop holding it. Did you take her out like that when she was a pup? Perhaps she thinks she isn't to go anywhere else.

| My Gus loves to "spread himself around" when he goes for a walk. Especially when we pass by Petco when we walk around the shopping center; so many good doggie smells! Have you taken her on any walks yet? Maybe once she goes on a few short ones, she'll get the hang of it. |

| My little Sapphire doesn't do that. But if we're gone and leave her home, she doesn't use he pee pad until we get home. Even if we're gone all day.

| My dog does not care where she goes. Lol. However, my brother's dog does the exact same thing. Even if they take her somewhere for ten hours.

| I have one like that One year we took her on holiday to the Lake District & she didn't wee for the whole of the first day. On the second day, by which time I was beginning to worry that she'd burst, she finally let go of an absolute flood as we were walking across a shallow stream near the Roman Fort at the top of Hardknott Pass. Think the sound of trickling water & wet feet finally got to her! xx Meggie |
