I take her for walks every day! Her shots were completed at 10 weeks, I'm not sure if thats different to US but thats how it is here in the UK. We go to the park all day, some days, and she still doesn't 'go'
If someone makes a big fuss she will sometimes drip all over their feet but she never squats for a pee and floods our yard when we get home! I don't really mind and I'm not worried about her, I 'm just curious to see if this a common trait!
