| she keeps licking at her where her stitches used to be! chloe got her stitches out today and she finally got to take of her e collar thank god! and now shes licking at where the incision was! is that okay? should i be concerned? |

| As long as she doesn't have any openings in the incision line I wouldn't worry about it. She could have some numbness that she is worrying over or she could simply be licking because she can! Is there any redness, swelling or any other indication that there is something wrong with the incision scar? |

| it doesnt look infected to me just a little red probably from her excessively licking it i tried taking a picture but shes going at it like its her job she wont let me pull her off of it for a second |

| def could be itching...you may want to put a little vitamin E oil on it

| oh...well i guess he knows best...i know when i have a cut...i put vitamin E oil on it after the scab falls off
