Then all the Medical Issues came up. I was at the Vet once at least once a week after that. My Puppy has been on so much medicine. For two weeks, she was taking four different prescriptions. I love her very much, but she is not the Beautiful Dog I purchased. I have wanted a Yorkie for so long. I searched everywhere for well over a year before I found the Breeder's site. I fell in love with that Puppy in the Picture. I even bought little Birth Announcements with her Picture on them and sent them out the Day before I picked her up at the Airport. When I told the Breeder it was not the Dog I ordered she said' maybe they switched Dogs at the Airport. The entire ordeal has been a Nightmare.
I would like to post both Pictures but I don't know how to do it. Another thing that happened is, I sent the Breeder things I found on the Internet about her, now the Husband tells me he is taking me to Fereral Court because what I did is a Crime. I have an Appt. with an Lawyer next week which is going to cost even more money. By the time this is over I will be into it for a lot more than the $1750.00 Puppy.. Not only the Puppies at the Mill are treated badly, so are the People that buy them maxi85

Not only did she sell me a sick Puppy, she sent me the wrong Puppy.
The Puppy I picked up at the Airport was 11 weeks old. The Puppy I purchased was 14 weeks old. The Puppy looked nothing like the one I ordered. I brought the Puppy to the Vet. He confirmed that is was not the same Pup, and he also confirmed it was a Puppy Mill Dog. Hope this helps other people from making the same mistake I did.

This is exactly what I was going to ask after looking at the website. "Did your puppy look at all like the pictures" I cannot see how a puppy mill breeder can have pups that look the quality of these. I would bet all these pictures have been stolen. They probably have so many they don't even keep records to know how old they are. I am so sorry this happened to you and the children.

what illnesses required all those meds
exactly what was the diagnosis.
she dont look like a puppy mill
what is the breeders address because
maybe this is a false accusation
who knows?
they sure went to a lot of trouble to make that nice website
who IS telling the truth
they are suing you for something

I too visited the website. Yes cute pictures of puppies. However, if you look beyond the family in the picture take notice of the grass overgrowth - hides fleas and ticks. By the way did you notice the containers by the wood bridge like structure - what was in them? I did not see pictures of a breeding area or excersize are. Did I miss something? The page was a little to perfect. Where are the pics of the pups playing? Did I miss the pics of the dogs parents? These are things you would see if you went to their home correct? Of course they'll post what shows them in the best light.

As for there being two sides to the story - yes that is true. However justice generally sides with what is right. Good luck and God bless.

I don't know why you are so suspicious, this breeder has been discussed on this forum in other threads. She is a USDA Breeder for heavens sake!!!! If that doesn't scream Puppymill - what does?!?!?

I am so sorry to hear about the death of a family memeber as well as your ordeal with purchasing a puppy. You have a lot of nice people here from YT who have and will offer you their support.
Thank you for sharing your story with us, as we can all learn something from it.
Not to add to the defacing of the breeder, but what I have learned after countless and ongoing research (since I cannot currently afford a furbaby), one of the many things I learned is never to fully trust buying a puppy over the internet. If you do, there are things you are suppose to look for. As others have mentioned, pictures of the parents, play area, nursery, the grounds in general. If anything, I am becoming more and more convinced that a puppy must be purchased in person so you can check things out for yourself.

I'm a little shocked at your reply, this woman has gone through so much lately, and has come here to find the answers, she wasn't even going to post the name, and other people insisted. Nothing the vet said was slanderous, please lets not make this more difficult for her. Like the others have said anyone can make a cute website and take or steal some cute pictures.

in my opinion a reputable breeder would stay in touch with their customers and get updated pictures of their puppies. all their puppies on their past puppies page are young. I would want to see past puppies grown to see how their produced dogs matured.

How could she NOT be a puppymill, look at how many puppies she has available? How could you truly care and socialize that many puppies/dogs.

Wish I could shut people like this down!

This is such an unfortunate story. I am soooo sorry for your loss. Those poor grandbabies!! I had a death in the family 2 years ago and I was floored. I was 25. I can't imagine dealing with that kinda loss as a child. I wish them the best and hope that the healing starts soon.

As for the puppy, I really really hate these bad breeders. I'm so sorry you came across one... but I am glad you are doing everything for the health of the new puppy

This is such a sad situation. I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter-in-law. I am glad the children have you. I love my grandchildren so much....I can't imagine them having to deal with such a loss. I will pray that you find some peace and comfort in the midst of your grief and pain.

About the website looking so wonderful. It does. All that takes is some money. There are many talented designers out there that will design a website to the specifications of their client. You can create any sort of a website you like and make it look fantastic. This does not have anything to do with whether a business is a good one or not. The only thing that will make that determination is the people behind the website. You can purchase photos of families. Even that image does not necessarily have to be real.

Take this photo of me and my family, for instance. The only problem with this picture of my family is that I have no idea who they really are. It is an image that you can download with a membership from the site I got it from. So who's to say if it is real. Even if it is, that doesn't make them good breeders. Or ethical people. It just means that they are selling something on the internet.

im just wondering what the illnesses were.. if she has a sick dog, i just wonder what was wrong. all she said was she was on 4 different meds.
for what? if its true, then what was wrong? if ultimate pets is a puppy mill
