Yes, they are machine washable. I believve they are 100% cotton and the logos on them haven't suffered at all thru the washings.

I just read the tags off the shirts and the Harley shirt says surface wash, air dry and the NY Jets sweatshirt says hand wash air dry.

I also just gave Brutus a good brushing and tried the shirts on again and it seems they fit better alot better. His hair must have been "poofed" yesterday!

I am so sorry you ended up in a bad Build-a-bear! Both my s-i-l and niece Manage two different B-a-B's and they both love it when they know the clothes are going for a pet...and say the same thing, they wish the people could sneak their babies in so they could see them try the clothes on! But Brutus looks so cute in his little shirts!

where did you get the Jets sweatshirt? My husband is a HUGE Jets fan, and being from AL, we never see anything with Jets on it, let alone things for our Yorkie with Jets on it!

I know several people that get really cute items at Build-A-Bear for thier dogs, they have some really cute stuff.
