| If this is a puppy it could be a sign of Parvo. ANY animal with a condition like this needs to be seen by a Vet ASAP! PLease do not wait and see. Act now. I hope everything turns out ok.

| Any time there is blood coming out instead of poop, go to the vet. How long has this been going on? How old is the pup? How long have you had the pup? Please don't take chances. |

| Reply to replies She is 3 years old. I am not too concerned with parvo because all my yorkies are pretty much sheltered here at home. No contact with any other animals. Unless a human can bring it around to them. She has had it for 2 days. She is the only one that has it too. The canned food I have been feeding them(for many yrs.) has been changed by the manuf. they don't even eat it as they used to and I just sent the maker of the food a note that I am returning the unused cans back to the store and now I will have to look into a different food. Been thinking of cooking for them myself. They still like the dry food and I may just stay with that. Thanks for all concerned. I experienced this a few years back with another one, but it went away in a day or so. But this time seems different. She will be going to the vet also Last edited by myyorkiekids; 07-12-2008 at 11:41 AM. Reason: Forgot something |
