| Do Yorkies Cry Out After I left for work this morning, my mom called me to tell me that my puppy was making a strange noise, as we were talking on the phone, I heard it. she wasn't barking but it was similar to a howl but not exactly. I got a sad longing feel, when I heard it. Anyone ever experience this??? |

| Oh, yes. Kacee used to cry for me whenever I left and my family told me that sometimes she would cry for an hour. The good news is that it gets better and now she doesn't cry when I leave her to go to the store or wherever. She understands that I will come back. Muffin used to cry if I left, too, but not as much as Kacee did. It will get better, but I know how it pulls at your heart strings.

| They talk, bark, howl and cry. Buddy has done all four from time to time. No more howling now but he does cry/whimper when I leave the house. Makes me want to cry but you have to do what you have to do. It's been four years and he still does it. Isn't that sad |

| Yes, I almost turned around, it was so sad, it wasn't a whimper either, this is the first time she has done this we've had her for 9 months. Also, my daughter is on vacation with family and has been gone for a week, so I know she misses my daughter. Last edited by Indi; 07-10-2008 at 06:06 AM. |
