I am so glad everything went well, I was so nervous about this too, it took Joey a couple days to recover, and the hardest part was not giving him a bath for two weeks. He'll be feeling like his old self in no time, just don't let him jump up on things.

| I Love My Babies Donating Member | I have an area fenced off so he can be on the couch with me. I have a set of doggie steps right there for him to use. The portable fence keeps him from getting too excited with the other two. He is sleeping a lot and when he wakes up we go outside to potty. So today is going well. But how to you keep an overactive dog quiet? That is not going to be easy. The next few days should be interesting. Do you have any tips? I am open to suggestions.

| I Love My Babies Donating Member | TJ is doing really well. He slept more than I did. He is enjoying being lifted up on and down off of everything. He wants to be right with his mommy. and that is alright with me. He is moving slow (for him) and sleeping a lot. But that is good. (He will heal better if he rests.) But I don't look for that to last long.. He is not wearing a cone and doesn't seem to lick. If he looks like he is going to I just gently remind him "no lick" and he stops. He and Dexter are getting along better today. I don't know what all the growling was about yesterday. But I had to seperate them for the rest of the afternoon. Then later in the evening they both settled down. I kept a close eye of the boys for the rest of the evening. And of course, Sandy lays down next to him to give him comfort and support. So all is right with my world. PTL Thank you for your kind words and support. TJ sends lots of puppy kisses and thanks you for caring. Me too. (((Hugs)))
