| Is your baby scared of thunder? For some reason whenever there is a thunder storm here Lucy and Charlie hide under the couch and you could here them growling under there everytime they hear the boom of the thunder. I have five babies now and they are the only two out of the five that are scared of thunder, I feel so bad for them...if I'm holding them and they hear thunder they try and jump out of my hands just to hide...I'm curious how many other yorkies are scared of thunder especially yorkies are a really brave breed. |

| My shih poo has started being scared recently. He turned 3 in June. At first I tried to hold and soothe him. Now I try to act like it's no big deal and I think it helps. Good Luck. It's hard to see them scared and nervous and not want to cuddle and comfort them.

| Sydney is scared of thunder. She paces and flinches and pants. I hate it for her! Wish I could fix it!

| Zoie is mine that will pace back and forth with storms. It doesn't have to thunder but if it is really a bad storm she will not stop pacing. She will bark and you can't get any sleep at night. She will not stay still.

| The first time we had a really bad thunderstorm was maybe 3 weeks after I got Bella. I woke up to find Bella burrowing between the 2 pillows I sleep on. SHe had burrowed herself in so deep it looked like a teepee. She hid that way until the storm was over and then went to hide under the quilt and didn't come out till morning. During the last storm we had, it didn't start to thunder and lightning until I had taken out to go potty and then there was a huge bolt of thunder/lightning and she bolted for the door to go in. She was too scared to pee.

| I think Max wants to attack the thunder. He runs all through the house from room to room barking at it. The other day I had to run out on my deck to get some cushions and he ran out in the rain and chased the thunder until he was completely soaked. Very funny until it thunders at 2 am and then not so much.... LOL!

| Generally has no issue with thunder, but will go crazy with the vacumn cleaner. We took him to a Civil War re-enactment and he was not upset at the cannons or guns. he did not like them, but did not carry on like with the vacumn or the shampoer. |

| We are having thunder right now. Every time a clap hits, Gracie runs to the door and barks at it. Of course what Gracie does, Holly has to do. Afraid? I think not.
