| Help Darcy acts crazy during the evening Hi guys, I need some advice. Darcy is 16 weeks old now, and she is such a good puppy, If I am busy in the day doing chores she is as good as gold for me.--- until it gets to the evening time, she acts like a crazy girl, wants to jump all over us, play, bark, and mostly annoy Willis our 6 year old yorkie, then he starts barking. It sounds like chaos in our house during the evenings. I have tried wearing her out with a plays during the afternoon and she gets walked, but she still acts crazy. I don't want to keep crating her, as I don't want her to think she is being punished. When I sit down on an evening I want a quiet relax to wind down, with a couple of dogs sleeping on my lap, it just isn't happening. Any ideas how I deal with this????? THANKS

| You might think that this is crazy, but...it works. My babies 6 and 4 month old males sleep in baby onzies. Matching of course. After they go out for the last time in the evening, usually about 1 hour before they go to bed, I put the onzies on them Just as soon as they get their night clothes on they know it's time to go to bed...and the zoomies stop! They climb up on the sofa and lay down until they follow us to the bed. Wish my grand children would do so well! They zoom until about 11.

| what about their tails??? We don't dock here in the uk. I could make a hole LOL If they go on at around 9pm they will still need a wee before bed time, I suppose I could fasten them back somehow while they have a wee.

| they make doggie pj's. the ones i have for sassi would allow for a tail and also allow her to go to the bathroom if she needs to. you should be able to get them at any pet supply store.
