| Rough storms in MO So as you all know, severe thunderstorms are going on in southwest missouri/ kansas... i live in springfield. My 16 week old yorkie Buffalo woke up as usual around 3:30 and i took him out... but we didnt get very far! As soon as i walked outside my apartment (which is thankfully on the first floor) i heard the downpour and wind and saw the lightning. Buff was a little flustered, he needed to go potty and didnt know where to go! we walked back and fourth from one side to the other... it was just so bad!! lots of lightning, strong winds and heavy rain! so i took my little man back inside and put down a pee pad and he went right to the bathroom on it!!! i am so proud! he has never gone on a pee pad before, what a good little puppy i have! hope everyone and their yorkies experiencing these storms is alright.

| What a good Boy you have. I have an American Pitbull Terrier 65 pounds and a 7 pound Yorkie. Daisy the Yorkie will go out in rain and thunder. The PitBull uses a potty pad and then goes to Daisy for protection. What a pair they make. |

Bailey will go out in the wind and rain with no problem- but snow....now that's a different story. If there is any snow out there - she'll drop-trou right outside the back door and right on the door mat No problem - we'll just plan on buying a new mat every spring.
