| Would you... Would you leave your Yorkie in the room at a hotel in their crate? The ladies are supposed to come clean the room tomorrow and they need to because we have 2 bags of garbage and we're out of towels. I have no idea what I should do with Lilly, I'd take her with me but I don't know what to do that would involve her. Would you leave yours if you were in my shoes and if you would where would you put the crate? I worry about the smallest stupidest things but I really don't trust people these days and don't want to come back to an empty crate.

| me personally, I would not leave mine with a stranger coming in.... if you need clean towels, you can always stop them in the hall and ask for them and put the garbage outside the room. If you HAVE to leave your baby, I would put the DND on the door and just get clean towels.... good luck d

| Never...I would check out Petsmart Hotel (?) to see if they have a day care...If I had to leave them...Does the hotel know you brought her (him)...If so, maybe they are careful and responsible, but I would be worrying the whole time...good luck

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I consider him almost like a human child, so no I would not leave him, in a hotel room. You can't find anywhere to take him? I wonder if the hotel has a list of dog friendly places.

Does anyone know if when a mall allows pets if all the stores do to or do you have to call each store and see?

| Not a chance that I would leave here there. I would ask them not to clean my room, sit the garbage out by the door and get some towels at the front desk when you get back. |

| The only time I've left my dog in a hotel room was when I was at the beach and couldn't take her onto the beach. I had a do not disturb sign on the door and just ask for towels when I saw the maid coming around. However that was Laney and I went and checked on her every 30 mins and the hotel was pretty small and I gave them explicit directions NO ONE was to enter my room. I would probably have more trouble leaving Slade in a room, b/c he is small and more "stealable" than laney. No one wants a 45 ditzy pitbull mix. But a 5 lb little yorkie/poodle..someone might take him. |

| Thanks guys for easing my mind some what. I know that if I did leave her here I'd worry the WHOLE time I was gone so I'm just going to take her with me and try to find a PetCo or something or just go get some lunch and sit in the car and eat. I hate being in this situation, I did bring her carrier with me so that's good if the mall allows her but I doubt they do and I'm not really sure if I could manage her on my own since I haven't taken her to a mall before. So, Lilly and I will be heading out tomorrow on our own with no place familiar to go haha That's how we roll though, after all we both made it up here safe and sound and I've never drove this far on the interstate and I'm awful with directions. It'll all be alright!
