| Ears down, again! Walker is 7 months today and his ears were up for the last 4 months. Now one of them is drooping. I had the groomer give him a summer cut yesterday and both ears were back up. Today it's floppy again. I really don't want to shave his ears and tape them to get this one ear to stand up. Anybody have this happen? Know why? What did you do about it? Should I just leave the ear alone and see what happens or will it permanently stay floppy then? I admit I do prefer them up. Any advice???

| Correct me if I'm wrong But i was told as a Yorkie goes through "puberty" that his/her ears can fall and will sometimes come back up...........It is just a change in hormones. Hope that helps. Either way, i think they are cute! My bella's ears are floppy.

| Bikini's ears did that for a long time too... up and down. I keep her ears trimmed and they stay up. When she is exhausted on always go down for a few minutes... its funny. I call it her weak ear But don't worry, your pup is probably still teething. The ears do this during the teething stage. Good luck
