| My niece has a hamster that is MEAN. My sister went to the pet store and chose the only hamster that DIDN'T bite her. Unfortunately the hamster she chose turned out to be a biter, too!

| Here is my fur family and then some! My fur family consists of my new yorkie baby girl that I will be travelin to on Saturday to N.C. to pick up. I am so excited. It is my first yorkie. We are prepared and educated alot thru this site. It has been so helpful! We have purchased so much for this little girl born April 12. We have a picture of her taken May 20, she was not two pds., but should be about 10 weeks when I get her on Saturday, don't know what she weighs now. The breeder who we just love said because he has bred her parents before thinks she should be about 5 pds at full growth. I am glad, that is small enough for me. My twin daughters age 19 and my son age 17, and I have been trying to come with a cute name for her and I had some picked out and thought when I held her it would just come to me but the other day I thought of one and the more I say it the more I like it so I believe her official registered name will be Miss. Dixie Darling of Running Deer. Dixie will be what I call her! Anyway wish me luck and here is the rest of the fur family. I have two Bichon Frise sisters ( they are 8 yrs old and we got them from the same breeder all those years ago) Thier names are Missy and Prissy. Also two cockatiels named Sammy and Kookie. Then there is the king cat and the most spoiled rotton cat of all is Ebony who is big and all black and was raised by me (along with his six siblings who we adopted out) from the time he was two weeks old. He believes I am his mom. He is currently the big cheese around here but don't know how he is going to take it when the new baby comes. Now besides him there is Katie and Korie my cream colored Himalayans, Sassy my blue point Himalayan, Evie and Ellie Mae our two black adopted cats, Pumpkin the old orange colored cat and Mittens our oldest cat who is like 16 and going down much too fast for our comfort. So that is the brood. We are a big happy family. We have always had pets and always will!!! |

| Animal Family [QUOTE=Onni;2055894]I am curious to know, am I the only one here who has a huge fur and not so furry family of all shapes and sizes? I have 1 Yorkie - Onnie (My Princess Baby) 1 German Shepard - Neo (Our Gentle Giant) 1 Jack Russell - Mikey (Our Silly Boy) 1 Blue Heeler / Rotweiller mix - Sunny (Mother Hen - Rescue dog) 1 Lab Mix - Matilda (Silly Boy's Biggest Toy - Rescue dog) 3 Cats - Snip, Ginger, Nelly 1 Bearded Dragon - Stitch 1 Hamster - Theodore P. Nibbles 5 Finches You must have a lot of land. Do you live on a farm? We have one Yorkie, Toby, one purebred silver bengal cat, Mr. Kiwi Asparagus, Kiwi for short, who loves to play with Toby and vice versa. We also have a Netherland Dwarf Rabbit, Tawny. Toby and Kiwi have both tried to catch the rabbit. Toby caught her once but she didn't like it so we don't play that game anymore. Have fun with your critters. We sure have fun with ours.: |
