| I found a United Yorkie Rescue in Marion, TX and V said it's about 9hrs away I forwarded the info to them anyhow in case they have connectionscloser by. Finger's crossed you never know. |

I looked at the Borger Animal control site and no where do they state they are a kill shelter. But - being that they're in the boonies (sorry for you country folk) but it IS way out there - they need to give those dogs some time & let yorkie people get the word out. I looked and they don't have that many in their shelter up for adoption - only about 8-9 - HOW CROWDED Can it be ? It's like they have to follow a time limit and ANYONE CAN MAKE AN EXCEPTION I feel bad for all dogs in shelters - down the road - that's where my next dog will be coming from. | |

| OMG poor babies!! I really hope someone can help thats in the area!! Right this second I wish I lived in Texas to help!! I go to the shelters every now and then to see if there are any Yorkies I can save and I end up wanting every dog in the place...I feel so bad for these animals!! Please somebody help them!!

| I'm working for the next 3 days otherwise I'd go get them. Borger is 2 hrs away from me in Elk City, OK. I saw this thread late lastnight and it was to late to go there. I sent a pm to a couple people I know in the tx panhandle. I hope they can help out.

| I feel like I'm a million miles away, I'm following this thread and desperately praying someone can help these babies! I personally don't know of any kill shelter's in the UK is this a common occurrence in the US?

| I sure HOPE that someone can rescue those poor little dogs. I hate to see that, make me very sad, and angry that they ended up there in the first place PLease someone help them before it is too late |
