| Need advice about Snickers I need a little advice abut my little mr snickers.. Since we got him he is pretty dominant.. and he loves to hump.. we call him even humpy sometimes.. he wants to control the situations.. But he is potty trained so im really happy.. But snce the last week he pee over my other dog. she is 12 years and has a kidney problem, so she sits alot of time and takes time to pee. But even she is not finished. he just pee's over her back to mark.. Now i want to get him neutered.. i wanted to do that anyway.. But my vet in the netherlands dont want to do it when because he is under a year old.. his assistant said to me i need to wait till he is a year and half.. so i said no way.. I want to get it done asap. on what age you can let your yorkie neutered?? he is now 6 and half months .. He is sweetheart, but he has his moments sometimes.. and i dont want him to be a marker.. especially not ver my other dog. Any advice? |

| Well I'm from the US so I have no advice on why your vet would say that Did he give you a reason for delaying the neuter for that long? Maybe try calling a couple other vets and see what they say. OR do you have humane society type places there that would poss be able to direct you to a vet that would at 6mos? Hope you can get everything figured out! |

| Vets here in the US will do it as early as 12 weeks!! Now I would NEVER do that, but 6 months sounds good to me for a boy!
