| pee smells-please advise My boy has been having some accidents inside while we are gone but it is just in this one spot and I am guessing because the smell is still there. I have cleaned with Clorox(sp?) kitchen and bleach but he keeps doing it in the exact same spot, anyone have any suggestions on what to use to get that smell out so he doesn't recognize it?

| Simple Solution or Nature's Miracle. They are enzyme cleaners. That should help.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have tried everything trying to get the carpets clean and odor gone. I finally bought the Nature's Miracle from Petsmart with the spray nozzle and saturated my whole carpet in the living room and dining room and it really took away the odor. It's been 4 weeks and we have had some humod weather which seems to bring out the odor and I don't smell anything. I shampoo the carpets every few weeks and nothing seemed to work until I used the Nature's Miracle.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Bleach is a great disinfectant, but it does not get rid of the protein that causes the smell. You need an enzyme cleaner for that like the other posters said. The enzyme actually "eats" the protein and the smell will disappear. The dog will no longer return to that spot because the smell is gone.
