| Another question about leaving him at the vet Sorry to be so redundant in my posts, but didnt' want to complicate the other one. Madison is going to be neutered in the morning and of course, they didn't invite me to stay all day with him while they do it, so I have to LEAVE him with STRANGERS!!! He never lets me out of his sight EVER since he came here (he was a found, probably abandoned dog), he follows me EVERYWHERE, and I think he's like that b/c he's afraid b/c his last owners took him somewhere and just "disappeared". So, do you think he'll feel like I'm abandoning him too? Do you think he'll be scared and sad? I'm feeling so sad already...am I overthinking it? Or anthropomorphizing it? I just want tomorrow to be over!

| Aww (((HUGS))) He might think that you're abandoning him, but trust me, once he sees you again he will be the happiest dog ever! Try to not worry about it so much. I'm sure that he will be fine & I'm sure that he will be in good hands. Amy

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Pixie just went in for dental last week and she is my big baby. She does not like to be out of her house even. I dropped her off at 8 and they called at 10 to say she was in recovery and watching everything. When I went at 4 to pick her at 4 the vet said all the techs toook turns holding her and that she was never lonely. Pixie was so happy to go home and see her sisters. I know it's hard to not worry but they usually so fine. Good luck

| When Sadie went I asked if I could stay and hold her right up till they were going to take her in. They did let me and they even came out to give the shsot so she would be sleepy when she went with them. it was great, I got to stay with her for almost an hour. Had I dropped her off she would have sat in a cage waiting alone. Ask and see if they will let you hold your baby till it is his turn.

| Keep in mind he wil be upset if he sees you upset. Just act normal when you go there and tell him he is being a good boy. don't cry and until you are in the car. if you act normal he won't think anything of it and he will be a VERY happy boy when you pick him up! |

| Thank you! I know you're right; this little guy has brought so much pleasure and joy to my life I just hate the thought of him not feeling secure. He's just always so HAPPY...or at least til tomorrow. They are good there and I know they watch them even tho they're busy, but you know how you've only got one MOM, LOL.
