| I finally did it!!! I ordered Sue's grooming dvd. I finally got my nerve up and tried to trim Lily May. We took a couple of breaks, both of us were nervous. LOL I didn't do alot of trimming, I just wanted to clean up her face. Everytime I look at her I see a mistake. But, I think she looks alot better. here are a couple of pictures. I can't believe how light her head is. I trimmed her face too short, next time will leave it a little fuller. her hair is really thin on top, not sure what to do about that. 1. before 2. after |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Great job. I ordered the DVD to and got some good tips. With 4 I can't afford to take to groomers so I have to learn to do a good job at home.

| I think you did a great job....practice makes perfect. My problem is trying to get them to hold still. You know how that goes...they move in the middle of a snip....opps.

| I got that video too! I think it is a really good video....i am trying now grooming Oliver and Brooklyn too. It is going pretty well and what i really like about it is I dont wait a whole month between groomings. Every couple of weeks i put each of them on the table (i got the same one as you) and i give them a cleaning up. It is helping Brooklyn to get more used to the whole grooming idea! Good luck with it. I was real nervous the first time, but each time i do it i am a little less nervous! Practice DOES make perfect!
