| GREAT pet friendly hotel Ok not sure if this belongs in off topic or here.. oh well! GREAT hotel... The Drury Inn. They are a new hotel chain and not in every state but are making their way to every state. This is THE best hotel i've ever been in... first.. they are pet friendly... NO FEE! And even if you aren't traveling with your pet they are great. Free 1 hour long distance to anywhere in the US and free 15 min to Canada. An INCREDIBLE hot breakfast- Free snacks (veggies and dip, chips, popcorn, nachos and cheese) every night plus a free drink (alcoholic or non) for every night of your stay during the "managers reception" every night from 5:30-7. there is always fountain pop and popcorn available for free. AND> .. did i mention they are pet friendly! if you come across a Drury Inn... you should definitely stay! we are at one tonight and i love it here! |

YT 500 Club Member | That is so good to know because we travel with Sophie whenever we go. Over Memorial Day weekend we stayed at a Microtel for one night. It was pretty good and pet friendly ($10 extra for pet). Funny thing was that we paid $49 for the Microtel and had our furbaby, wireless internet, a hairdryer with a night light in the bathroom, iron and board, etc. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Metrodome in Minneapolis the next two nights for $116 and had no pet, no night and no wireless internet. Go figure!
