| Bathing the pack.... How do you get your babies to like baths more? They don't mind baths but they start shivering as soon as they know they are getting a bath. Makes me feel so bad for them, they are really good and just set there for me, they even let me blow dry them. After the baths they are all so very soft and beautiful. I only bath them about every 2 weeks should I try bathing them more or will that make their skin to dry?

| I have the same issue with Callie, she is now "used" to baths but doesn't like them. I bathe her once per week, she just had a bath on Friday and she stinks already from running around outside yesterday and I don't want to bathe her again and make her dry. I don't know what to say about making them like baths more, I hope someone has some suggestions!

| Treats work for us! I have the Solid Gold Tiny Tots treats & they go NUTS for them. I put the bag in plain sight while I'm washing them & give a piece of a treat along and along (I break the treats up instead of giving whole). When they're done, they get lots of lovin' and more treats. Works for us!

| bathing the pack Quote:
I get treats for mine and when they do something good I give then treats but it's the big ones that I have to stand and cut up because you don't want them getting to many treats. I try and feed mine only 1/2 cup of food per day. I know mine are probably heavier than they should be.Tess which is a larger yorkie weighs about 81/2 lbs and Tillie 61/2 lbs and Teddy 5 lbs. He is only 8 mo old and I really don't want him getting any heavier. Thanks Cindy

| Teddi does the shaking thing when she knows she is getting bath but I think part of it is an act because she doesn't seem to mind the bath or the blowdrying!!

| Cindy, they're just a brand of treats made by the Solid Gold food company. You can find them at Petco. They're very soft and very easy to break into smaller pieces. They're also very stinky, so that makes the dog want them even more. I usually break mine into 4 pieces so that they think they're getting a lot of treats, but in reality, they're only getting one. These are new & 100% Lamb Lung (no fillers). I'll be trying these next.
