OMG I just watched this I've seen so much on puppy mills, and it gets harder each time to learn what these poor babies go through.

i've posted the stories on my facebook page. hopefully this will get spread to others
i really want to somehow help stop puppy mills

The bill that the governor proposes consists of laws that, in my opinion would be an absolute minimum standard. It includes such things as larger cage sizes, solid floors, access to exercise, protection from heat and cold, and access to water at all times. It's hard to believe that we even need laws such as this, but we do. The pet-store/puppy mill lobby is a very powerful group, and it takes a lot of voter's interest in order to fight it. It is thought that if this bill passes in Pennsylvania other states will adopt it.

That's such a great idea, I hope others will think of this too.
