Hey Girl! How are you doing tonight? I know exactly how you feel! When I got Meeko done last month I was a WRECK! I called my bf every 30 minutes. When I dropped him off I cried because I was so worried about him. He also had teeth and his declaws removed!!! He was fine tho, and running around by the end of the night. Even with the bandages from his declawes:eek: It was so hard to keep him still. I couldn't feed him past 8pm, too. I was worried about his sugar but, my vet said he'll be put on IVs when he gets in and he'll be fine. They even let me pick him up 30 minutes early, so I could see him to know he was fine. If you wanna talk to someone or just vent a little about your worries, PM me! I was in your shoes a month ago and I won't think you're crazy lol! ;) I'm gonna pray for her tonight, let me know when she wakes up from surgery!!! |

I was the same way as you! I felt so bad dropping Britney off. You'll be so relieved when it's over though. :) |

Oh Sarah, we totally know what you are feeling right now!!! You know London will have everyone here thinking good thoughts about her while she is at the vets. AprilLove was just barely 3 lbs when she went in for hers and I was a nervous wreck. Even with all the words of encouragement, you're still going to be nervous, and that is normal and ok. But that feeling of relief you will have when the vet calls you and tells you she is awake and doing well, will be the best feeling in the world :) then when you go pick her up and take her home and love on her and baby her, it's going to be an even better feeling. We will be thinking of London tomorrow, she is going to do great!! Good thoughts and prayers coming for little London. :):):) and hugs for her mommy ;) |

I know EXACTLY what you are going through!!! trust me.. it won't be soo bad.. the worst part is the wait.. other than that.. it's all good;) And then.. of course.. waiting forthem to get back to normal.. but that won't take too long.. Adding our prayers for a safe procedure. She is a doll baby. I am sure that you are a nervous about it, what good mommy wouldn't be. But I am sure that she will be just fine and be back to her old self in no time. omg thanks everyone! We dropped her off this morning and we were very sad. I left her blanket with her. They said they should call me later on in the afternoon, it will feel like forever. I keep wondering if she is under now cause i know the vet starts operations at 11, im such a worry freak! I can't wait till we can pick her up, but im dreading the call cause im just so scared for her |
I know how you feel. I have Pixie and Roxie going in Tuesday ,one for spaying and one for dental. If they would let me I would sit in the waiting room all day. I am going to ask for them to call me as soon as each one is safely out of surgery. You are both in my thoughts. |
hugs n kisses for u and ur baby. just finished sending her a prayer. hope it all turns out. my abby will have to get spayed in about 2 or 3 months :( n i no im gonna be a total wreck too. hopefully she will b over 3 lbs by then. is that a good weight??? wats the lowest weight for them to get spayed??!! anyway hope it all turns out well, n tell her Abby sends her a big wet doggy kiss to recuperate sooner. |

Hi guys!! I just got a call from the doc and she said she did great and that I can pick her up at 6!! I think my heart froze when i answered the phone lol Now i have to wait 3 hrs!!! lol but i was sooo happy to hear that, she must be out of it. I hope not, i hope she bounces back with no problems. ayayay |
Oh!! That's great news. I'm sure she will be her old self in no time. Especially when she sees mommy!:) |

I know what you're going through. KaCee was spayed yesterday afternoon and I just brought her home. She doing great, but she's pretty calm and just wants to lay beside me. I'm not sure how much different in size London is compared to KaCee (she weighs 3 pounds). I bought newborn onesies at Target and they fit her great. |
