| Adopted 5 1/2 yr. old male Introducing Mocha, weighing in at 4 lbs. I got him on Friday from people who had little or no time for him. Monday I took him to the Vet to update his shots and Tuesday I took him back to have most of his teeth removed (of the ones he still had). I am happy to report he is recovering very nicely. I'm also happy to say that he gets along well with everyone here, even the cats. With 4 dogs now, the king size bed is getting smaller! LOL

| Blessings. You're earning your angel wings here on earth by giving a neglected furbaby a loving home.

| Patti Yes they had to pull most of his teeth. His poor little mouth was rotting out and the thought of all that poison going into his system terrified me. He ate about 3 tsp of soft food that night over the course of about 3 hours. Now he is back to eating his Royal Canin kibble. I was surprised the Vet told me to continue feeding him kibble but he, himself, has a rescue Yorkie without a tooth in her head and she manages to gum it down. LOL Amazing how quickly they bounce back. Best of luck with your dental surgery. Let us know how you make out please.
